clean room prompt service excellent facilities good cleanliness
karam singh from housekeeping kept my room very clean! he was very attentive to detail. i especially appreciated the prompt room service, it was always quick. the hotel facilities were excellent, they met my expectations. i found the cleanliness perfect throughout the entire hotel.
sound insulation could be improved because i could hear some noise from the corridor .

I found the hotel clean. the room was huge and well-kept. the staff, including mr vishal singh and nikhil in housekeeping, were friendly. their work was perfect. the food was delicious. The variety impressed me.

Really good Service and Attentive Staff
great stay excellent attention
I had a great stay. Mr Karan Singh from the housekeeping team provided wonderful service. His attention to detail was excellent and ensured the room was super clean. He maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene every day.
The gym steam room schedule needs adjustment. Steam opens late at 9 AM. This timing is inconvenient, because most guests go to work before then.

attentive staff smiling hemaben lovely room smelly room fresh air air conditioning
The breakfast was great. The staff made sure my chai was always full. hemaben at reception was always smiling and ready to help. monikaben, the housekeeper, kept my room lovely.
my room smelled. i could not open the window to have fresh air. the air conditioning did not improve the air quality.
